Scott Dylans Caribou Parcel Delivery

Caribou Caribou is a parcel delivery service based in the UK. Their services include international and domestic shipping, warehouse storage, pallet service, and freight by air, road and sea. Founded by Dave Antrobus and Scott Dylan, it is the product of a merger between a variety of mail, parcel and packet companies.

Caribou’s domestic parcel network is augmented with a special delivery app. The app plans out the most efficient route for the driver after the driver scans in all packages for the day. The app’s GPS technology then enables both customers and the company to track the driver as he is on his route. This ensures that the customer will get the package as fast as possible and also be able to track it while it is in transit. The app also enables the driver to obtain electronic proof of package delivery.

Caribou has a 4.2 out of 5 rating on Trustpilot with 81 percent of reviewers rating their service as either “great” or “excellent.” The reviews focus on its fast delivery, its courteous drivers, and its excellent communication. One reviewer noted, “Very impressed… The tracking information available is first class. I was told that the van was one minutes away and by the time I got to the front door the van was there and the driver unloading. (sic)”

Caribou is accredited by the British International Freight Association, the Road Haulage Association, and the International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations (FIATA). They were a 2016 finalist for the Pall-Ex awards and a winner in 2017 and 2020.

On August 4, 2021, Caribou announced that it has joined the business group Inc. & Co. Inc. & Co. has 15 brands in retail, property, digital, and food and beverage. Caribou is its first acquisition in logistics, and the acquisition brings its total staff headcount to 750.
