TerraNovaCorp Purchases Corner Property To Replace California Pizza Kitchen On Miracle Mile
Terranova has recently expanded their operations on Coral Gables Miracle Mile by purchasing a corner property. The real estate firm, led by real estate professional Stephen Bittel, is no stranger to the area as it marks their 12th property bought on the street. Bittel and company were able to close the deal on $6 million in late June. The firm will be looking to do more with the property as it was previously a California Pizza Kitchen location.
According to the article from The Real Deal, Bittel and the company have been looking to purchase the property for over 15 years and finally got their wish. The Terranova Corp CEO states they plan to do a lot with the building going forward. Going into information on the building, it comes with a massive 6,000 square feet lot and was built in the year 1949.
Miracle Mile has long been a staple for Terranova Corp as they own a couple of different properties on the street. A lot is set to happen in the area with the addition of new restaurants and projects being conducted. In recent news, Terranova Corp sold a property for $55 million in Doral to GLP Capital Partners. Stephen Bittel is a real estate professional from Miami, Florida who runs Terranova Corp. He received an education from Bowdoin College and a law degree from the University of Miami School of Law before transitioning into the real estate industry. Bittel primarily works out of South Florida and has done many projects in the area.
Bittel has remained at the forefront as the South Florida real estate has developed. Stephen Bittel is a Miami native and has taken part in as Board of Directors in the Chapman Partnership which is a Miami-Dade Expressway Authority. He also served as a guarantor for the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce.
