Don Manifold is a world-class expert on mergers, acquisitions, and divestments. He is a Joint Director at Equity & Advisory and the developer of Manifold Advisory Partners.

Don is also the Executive Administrator at Whittles Management and a board member of Seymour College’s Risk and Finance Committee. Manifold is the chairman of AD Depot, Hybrid AG, and EC Carpets and a former administrator at Booth Transport.

Don Manifold has worked in his field of expertise for over 30 years. He spent 25 years doing corporate finance and has involved himself in transaction advisory with senior firms for the last 15 years. Don has served in several leadership positions and worked in various industries, including consumer goods, agriculture, information technology, financial services, retail, and manufacturing. Manifold has served in England, Croatia, and Australia.

Don Manifold has completed over 60 capital raisings, initial public offerings (IPOs), acquisitions, and divestments. These transactions are valued at about $3 billion. He has advised several clients and prepared about 50 valuations and reports as an independent contractor, whose value is over $25 billion.

His most significant transaction was in 2016, involving the divestment of S.Kidman & Company. Other considerable deals include the Acquisition of Adelaide Bank, the sale of Powerhealth, and the acquisition of ABB Grain.

Don began his career in 1990 in Adelaide. He later worked in major cities such as Sydney, London, and Melbourne. Manifold later began working at KMPG in 2016. He has advised several global transactions, including Papua New Guinea, England, Croatia, and Australia.

He led the Transaction Advisory department at Ernest & Young from 2012 and 2014 and later became its Managing Partner. His establishment, Manifold Advisory Partners, assists giant firms in establishing and executing their entrepreneurial strategy at the Board Level. This firm offers clients services from experienced professionals and therefore delivers significant outcomes.
